The sky belongs to everyone. The Bureau parcelled it out and keeps a register of who holds which place, and why.

Entry of a parcel of sky in the register

The Bureau will register the surveyed parcel to the holder you name. Fill in the sheet — the name of the parcel, whose sky it is and why. The dedication is the heart of the document — it is what delivers the sky.

A few minutes after payment, the certificate of title and the gift envelope with the ceremony code arrive by e-mail; you print both at home.
The recipient opens the ceremony on a phone with the code from the envelope.

Name of the parcel

What the parcel is to be called on the certificate of title.

Holder — whose sky it is

The holder's name forms part of the public extract in the register. A first name or an alias is enough — the Bureau does not require a full name.

Registered by — who is entering the parcel

One name — the Bureau records a single giver. If the gift is from two of you, name the one who will hand it over.

Do not disclose the holder in the public register.

The full name stays on the certificate of title. In the register, on the map and on the globe the parcel will be kept without a name — in its place the Bureau states “Holder not disclosed — at their own request.” The parcel name, its location and the case number remain public.

Form of entry

Premium Entry — Gold Edition€39Everything in the Standard Entry, executed as a grand gesture deserves: a gold seal and stamp printed on a ceremonial certificate of title, a premium reveal (the Bureau unseals the file with full pomp) and a gold badge on the entry in the public register. For proposals, round anniversaries and the moments when “the basic one will do” simply will not do.

The sky is the same size in every form — one hexagon. Only the ceremony of the entry differs. Every form is issued ELECTRONICALLY: the certificate of title and the summons both arrive as PDFs for you to print at home. The Bureau posts nothing.

Prices are final. Every package includes the dedication.

Date of entry

As of which day shall the Bureau register it? An anniversary, a first date, a birth — or the day you hand the gift over. The Bureau does not enquire, the Bureau registers. A year ahead at the most.

Language of the ceremonial issue

The language in which the Bureau will address the recipient: the ceremony, the certificate of title and the summons for handover. Your own confirmation and receipts stay in the language you are ordering in.

Notices from the Bureau

I do not wish to receive notices from the Bureau about new editions and seasonal allotments.

Leave the box empty and the Bureau will write to this address now and then — a few times a year at most — about new editions and seasonal allotments. One click in any such message ends it. It has no bearing on your order: the Decision on Allotment, the gift link and the consignment are delivered either way.

NOTICE BEFORE PAYMENT

The Bureau is fictional. The seller, the payment and the deadlines are not.

Payment: Payment is taken by the Stripe payment gateway. The Bureau never sees, processes or stores your card details.
Refund: Within 14 days of payment a note to the filing office is enough and the Bureau returns the full price. No reason given, no forms — even if the gift link or the certificate of title has already been used.
After payment: The Bureau issues the Decision on Allotment and sends it to the e-mail above, as a rule immediately after payment. Inside are the gift link for the recipient and the certificate of title.
